Dear Friends and Family, We have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding due to the coronavirus outbreak. Your health and safety are our top priority! We will keep you updated regarding our wedding details. Love, Tristin and Alexa
Like many great love stories in history, ours was a total, unexpected act of God. Thanks to Shayla Lopez, Tristin's best friend back home and Alexa's friend from school, we met by chance (thanks, Shay). Prior to meeting, a relationship was the furthest thing from Alexa's mind as she prepared to graduate college, and it seemed like an impossible reality for Tristin in his busy, ever-changing life. Yet, around Thanksgiving in 2017, Alexa called Shayla on Facetime and Tristin just happened to be over for dinner. They had never met before but somehow talked on facetime until 2 am. Tristin thought Alexa looked cute ;) Even though she had her hair in a messy bun with a scarf around her neck and according to her looked “crazy”. Within a few days, they exchanged numbers with each other, went on their first date at the diner, and the rest is history. God used all of our seemingly broken circumstances before meeting to prepare and propel us into the greatest adventure of our lives. It didn't take long for us to know that the Lord was saying yes to our lifetime of love. And now, almost two years later, we are preparing to commit to each other in front of our families and dearest friends. We could not be more excited for this next chapter of our lives together. Thank you for being a part of our story!
