What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to ceremony time to allow all guests to find seats.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The reception venue is the H hotel in Midland, a block of rooms is reserved. Please book rooms by October 25, 2024 in order to receive the group rate. There is a Fairfield Inn and Suites located near the venue as well. However, we are not able to obtain a group rate at this hotel.
