Our main hotel block will be at the InterContinental New York - Barclay. If you know you would like to stay at the preferred hotel, please consider booking soon so the room block reservation can be adjusted if needed. The link will automatically have Friday May 8th, 2026 and Saturday May 9, 2026 listed, you will be able to adjust the nights if preferred. Travel Note
As an integral part of our love story - it's no secret Tom and I have experienced taking planes, trains and automobiles to get to and from NYC. Much to our benefit, the ways to get to the city are endless. - If your preferred method is the train, we recommend looking on Amtrak.com about 3-4 months out. The hotel will be about a 20 minute Uber or Taxi from Moynihan Train Hall. - If your preferred method is driving, there will be parking offered at our preferred hotel for $85/per 24hrs or $120 for 36hrs. - If you'd like to avoid parking at the hotel, driving to Stamford, CT and parking your vehicle at the station and taking the MetroNorth train is also an option. The hotel is a 3min drive and 6min walk from Grand Central Station. - If your preferred method is flying, there are flights that are less than an hour long flying into La Guardia (recommended), JFK, and Newark.
