Where will the ceremony and reception be?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at The Manor House at Springton Manor Farm.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our evening ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place in a tented area. Guests will walk to both the ceremony and cocktail hour on paved pathways and grassy areas. Since the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on grass, we recommend avoiding stiletto or thin heels.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive to the ceremony at 4:30PM to enjoy a pre ceremony drink, music and get seated. The ceremony will begin at 5:00PM.

What's the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is garden party formal. Think elevated but relaxed — a suit and tie or tux is great. For dresses, floor-length gowns are lovely, but midi or knee-length cocktail dresses also work perfectly. Just dress to feel your best for a stylish evening outdoors!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you’re not staying at the hotel and prefer to drive, take the first right into the large parking lot behind the Carriage House as soon as you enter the park. There will be signage to guide you. From the lot, it’s just a short walk to The Linden Tree where the ceremony will take place.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but we respectfully request no children at our wedding.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

Please visit the "Hotel Accommodations" tab on our website to access the link to our room block at Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester.

Question

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel for the wedding?

Answer

We will be providing guest transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue before the ceremony and after the reception. Our ceremony and reception will take place at Springton Manor Farm.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

We understand that some of our guests have allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will be happy to accommodate you. When you receive your wedding invitation, you will have the opportunity to select your dinner option and to indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
