We met for the first time in September 2014. Alexa had come down to Pomona California to visit her friend Sophia Trenham and go to Bonita High's Homecoming dance. Ryan and Alexa hit it off right away and bonded over their shared love for Irish music... however, they were both dating other people at the time. Two years later, they met again at the same homecoming dance and were still both in relationships. Summer 2018 rolled around, and Alexa had moved from Santa Barbara County to Pomona a few months prior and began to spend a lot of time with Ryan but just as friends of course. This carried on until they were headed back to college and finally admitted to one another that they "liked each other but would not have time to be in a relationship". Thankfully they failed and have been together since October of 2018. So, thank you Sophia for introducing us! We are so grateful to God that our paths crossed and brought so much love and joy into our lives. We are looking forward to spending the rest of our lives together and cannot wait to share our big day with our closest friends and family!
