What's the best way to book my trip?

Answer

We have a travel agent available (at no extra expense) to assist with booking flights, accommodations, and transportation to make your trip as seamless as possible. You can access her information via the QR code on the back of the save the date, or email her at j.defranco@magicalvacationplanner.com.

When should I book my room by?

Answer

As soon as possible! We can hold rooms until March 15th. If you go through our travel planner, you can hold a room with a credit card (won't be charged until May 1st) and can cancel for no charge up until 30 days before travel

What if I don't want to use a travel agent?

If you prefer, you're welcome to handle the travel arrangements!

Are there any planned activities before or after the wedding? What day should I get there?

Answer

Think of this as your vacation, too! The only planned event on the schedule is the wedding itself- everything else is completely up to you. The bride and groom will have a WhatsApp group (more to come closer to the date) and will share what they are up to during the day for anyone who wants to join in! But there is no set schedule

Are children allowed?

If you are traveling with kids please ensure your accommodations are booked at Hyatt Ziva, but our wedding reception and ceremony will be an adults-only celebration.

What's the difference between Hyatt Zilara and Hyatt Ziva?

Answer

You can book at either resort: Hyatt Ziva is family-friendly, Hyatt Zilara is for adults only. Adults are welcome to enjoy both resorts with access to restaurants and activities on both sides

Your presence in Jamiaca is the best gift we could ask for- no need to bring anything else!
