Our venue has limited space so please refer to your invitations regarding plus ones and/or kids. Please reach out to Micah and/or Alexa with any concerns. Thank you!
During early August, weather in the Santa Cruz Mountains can get up to 87 degrees. The venue has lots of shade but it is entirely outdoors so please plan accordingly! In the evening, the weather can dip down to the low-50s so it’d be a good idea to bring a jacket!
The wedding ceremony will start promptly at 4pm and guests should arrive by 3:30pm but feel free to come as early as 3pm if you would like to.
There are no designated sides for the bride and groom. We are all family so please sit wherever you’d like! The first few rows will be reserved for the bride and groom’s immediate family.
While we love that you want to capture our special day, we kindly request an “unplugged ceremony” to allow everyone to be fully present. We will have a professional photographer and photos will be available on our website on a later date. Feel free to take all the pictures you want during the reception! :)
Our venue provides parking for up to 40 cars. If you are staying at the Four Points Sheraton Scotts Valley or at the Best Western Plus Inn Scotts Valley, we will have shuttle services to and from the wedding. If you are staying elsewhere, we highly recommend ride sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. Please contact Micah or Alexa if you plan on parking on site.
Yes! We’ll be having an open bar at our venue. Please keep in mind that any alcoholic beverages brought in to the venue will have to be kept at the bar and served by our bartenders.
Please include any dietary requirements when you RSVP. We will be having a buffet-style dinner and there will be options for many different diets!
There will be a QR code/link on the wedding invitations that will take you directly to the RSVP site. Please RSVP by July 15.
Either Micah or Alexa can address any questions and concerns you may have
