Aspen sits at an elevation of 8,000', Top of Aspen Mountain 11,212'. Stay hydrated and watch caffeine & alcohol consumption to prevent dehydration. We highly recommend guests contact Base State Longevity or The Fix. They are both located in downtown Aspen and offer IV drip therapies, oxygen concentrators, saunas, hyperbaric chambers, etc. These locations are great, should anyone need a little extra “boost” while in Aspen.
