Shuttle will pick up Saturday at 3:15pm to take guests to the venue, as long as you selected the transportation option on your rsvp. Please keep in mind the shuttle pickup time in relation to check in time as well.
Short answer: We have a transportation option on our RSVP (from the Hampton Inn). Another reliable option would be to drive and park at the venue for free. Long answer: 1. If you select our transportation option on your RSVP— transportation is set to pick up at the Hampton Inn & Suites Conroe (2242 Stoneside Road, Conroe, TX) at approximately 3:15pm (please keep in mind check in time). We will also have transportation to bring guests back to the hotel. 2. There is a free parking lot that will allow cars to be left overnight if need be, so you may drive your own car to the ceremony. Even if you drive your car at the beginning of the night, you can use our transportation to bring you back to the hotel at the end of the night if needed. Just remember to pick up your car the next morning from the venue. 3. Uber or Lyft, however the area may not have an abundance of ride share cars available so utilize this as a last resort option.
Yes! Our venue offers onsite parking. We will have transportation to assist in bringing people back to the hotel safely, should a ride be needed at the end of the night after consumption of alcoholic drinks. Please remember to get your car the next day from the venue!
Yes. The ceremony will happen just across the hallway from the reception area. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all within a few feet of eachother.
Please refrain from bringing additional guests or family members other than what is listed on your invitation due to limited arrangements.
