Question

How close is the airport?

Answer

The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), located approximately 15–20 minutes from the resort by car.

What day is everyone arriving and leaving?

Answer

Most guest will arrive the Friday before the wedding (4/24), however you are welcome to come the day before (4/23) or after (4/25) and stay as long as your group desires. The wedding couple will be in Mexico for the week.

What flight are the bride and groom on ?

Answer

We are taking the Jetblue flight (2365) at 10:45 am out of TPA. Its a direct flight that will arrive at 11:50 am in Cancun. We are staying a full week, to have a minimoon after the wedding.

What are the transportation options?

Answer

If majority of guests are coming the same day and time, a group shuttle will be provided via the resort. If guests arrive on different times/days, the options include shuttle through resort for a fee (will need to let couple know to help organize), or other well known transportation operators.

Is there a minimum night stay?

Answer

Yes, guests will need to stay a minimum of 4 nights in order to be able to be on sight for the wedding and guests may choose to stay longer if desired. However, if unable to do so, day passes may be purchased. Please reach out to the bride and groom as soon as possible, they will let you know the cost and help coordinate with the resort.

I see there are two sides of the resort, adults only or family. What is difference and where are the bride and groom staying?

Answer

Yes, the "hideaway" portion is adults only. If staying there, guests will access to both sides of the resort (this is where we will be staying). However, even though guests not staying in that area won't have access to adults only pools etc., they will have access to all the standard amenities and wedding events.

Can I get my hair and makeup done at the resort?

What is the dress code?

Answer

For men we prefer lighter pants suits (beige etc). For women tropical solid color dresses (ie. pinks, orange, green, yellow etc.). If you have questions, please reach out to Matt or Alexa.

What other activties are at the resort?

Answer

Royalton Fit classes and fitness facilities, multiple pools/bars/restaurants, non-motorized water sports, and live entertainment.
