We can only accommodate guests listed on your wedding invitation, but please let us know if we need to make an exception!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is typically in the 90's during the day in Prescott in August, and the ceremony and reception are outside. However, both are shaded and after 5pm, so it shouldn't feel too hot!

Will there be food and drinks?

Answer

We are serving a classic BBQ dinner with tri tip and chicken as well as homemade rolls and many other sides! Our wedding will be alcohol free, but we hope to rent a mocktail trailer. Of course the night will end with wedding cake!

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue, and a golf cart shuttle service for those that need assistance walking from their car to the ceremony space.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We have to stop playing music at 10pm and be off the property by 11pm!
