The Estate at River Run is absolutely stunning (just wait until you see it!), but it's a little on the outskirts of downtown-which means Ubers can be hard to come by unless they're scheduled ahead of time. To make sure you arrive/depart stress-free, we highly recommend booking your ride in advance. How to Schedule an Uber in Advance: 1. Open the Uber app 2. Tap the "Now" button (next to the 'Where to?" field) 3. Select "Schedule a Ride" 4.Enter your pickup and location (your hotel or Airbnb) 5. Set the destination as The Estate at River Run (2421 River Road W, Maidens, VA 23102) 6. Choose your pickup time and confirm Our ceremony begins at 5:00pm on Saturday, March 28, so we recommend arriving by 4:30pm to get settled Heading Home After the Celebration: We will be wrapping up the night with at 11:00pm. We highly suggest pre-scheduling your return ride as well, since rideshare availability may be limited that late in the area. The bride, as well as several people in the bridal party have serious allergies that include gluten, shell fish, peanuts, and tree nuts. We are confident that the food we have chosen will provide something for everyone. While we cannot take special requests for dishes, we will happily provide ingredient lists.
