To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is April 1, 2026. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will miss you on our big day! This deadline will allow us to provide our venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner. Please RSVP here on our website!

Accomodations/Flights

Please keep in mind that our wedding date is over the run time of The Calgary Stampede. Due to this, please book accommodations and flights ahead of time if you are coming from out of town.

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are named or indicated on your invite. If you are no longer with the person indicated on your invite, please understand that you will not receive a plus one in place of that person. Thank you for understanding.

Dress Code

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code for all events is formal. Please understand that this is an outdoor wedding so please come dressed for the weather. Additionally, please consider thicker heels, as our venue is on grass. Please refrain from wearing jeans, casual wear and hats.

Please know that we are having an unplugged ceremony, so we are kindly asking that no phones be out during the ceremony so we can be as present as possible together. We have hired an amazing photographer who will capture every detail of the day for us.

Gifts

Answer

The most important thing to us is that you're able to come and celebrate our wedding. However, if you wish to give a gift, we would be grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon fund or something from the heart.

Parking

Although there is ample space for parking, to limit the amount of traffic in and out of the farm, please consider arranging carpooling. Please remember to have one designated driver per vehicle.
