How do I get to Guemes Island from Seattle Tacoma Airport?

Answer

There are a few ways to get to Guemes. If you are travelling by car, it will take roughly 2 hours. There is also a shuttle bus from the airport. You can find more information on the travel page.

How do I pay for my accommodation on the resort?

Answer

For those of you staying on the resort, you will find your room listed on our 'Registry' page. Please click the 'Registry' tab and find your cabin. You can either pay the whole amount or just pay for your individual cost if sharing with others.

When should I book my flight?

Answer

If you are taking a flight to come to the wedding we (thank you and) recommend that you book as soon as possible. Preferable sights include skycanner and googleflights. There are direct flights available from London to Seattle with British Airways, American Airways, Finair and KLM.

How do I get to and from the wedding if I am staying off island?

Answer

There is a ferry boat from Anacortes Dock scheduled every 30 minutes which takes about 10 minutes. You can find their website listed below. The last ferry leaves at 11pm on Friday and Saturdays, 10pm on Sundays. Please note that the ferry will be extremely busy during the 4th of July weekend, especially on Friday, do plan on getting to the ferry early if you are driving on with a car! How will I get to the resort if I walk on to the ferry?

Answer

We will have a shuttle that will pick up guests who walk onto the ferry on Friday and/or Saturday. Please shoot Alexa or Jeff a direct message if you plan to walk on so we can plan accordingly.

What amenities are there on Guemes Island Resort?

Answer

There is a small general store on Guemes Island. We recommend that you pick up any particular food or drink you wish to bring with you during your stay in Anacortes before hand. We will also provide you with some treats and basic amenities in your accommodation when you arrive.

What are the check in times?

Answer

Check in for Guemes Island Resort is 4pm on Friday 1st July. We are all required to check out by 11am on Monday 4th July.

Where can I stay in Anacortes?

We have reserved a block of 10 rooms at the Swinomish Casino and Lodge for ~$160 per night. If you want to reserve, give them a call and ask to book under the "Levine/Bowden".
