Is there a dress code?

Please adhere to a Black Tie Optional dress code. Men should wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with tie, and women can choose a floor-length gown or midi-length formal dress- any color, Does NOT have to be black* Please NO mini dresses, sun dresses, or denim.

When should I RSVP by?

To help us finalize our plans, please be sure to RSVP by November 1, 2025. Your timely response will help us confirm seating, meals, and all the little details that make the day run smoothly. Thank you so much for helping us prepare—we truly appreciate it!

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We kindly ask that you not bring a plus-one unless their name or guest is specifically included. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will be a fun night out for you to relax, unwind, and enjoy the festivities with us. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

4:30pm-4:45pm! Doors will be closed at 4:50pm for Ceremony at 5pm. If you arrive after doors are shut, please wait in the main building until ceremony is over.

Is there Transportation to the Venue from the Hotel?

Answer

YES!!!!!! Charter Bus will Pick-up from Hotel : Embassy Suites by Hilton Denton Convention Center (3100 Town Center Tr, Denton, TX 76201 ) and will be departing at 4:00 PM to The Gardenia Venue.
