Question

Is parking free?

Answer

Yes! There is onsite parking at both the ceremony & reception venues. For the ceremony venue please park along the streets surrounding Midtown church. For the reception venue please park in the parking lot at Meridian Hill Country Club.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15pm to get seated comfortably as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No, we kindly ask that you do not bring a date as we have assigned seating and a full service meal at the reception and have not planned for any extra guests in those counts!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block under “The Hamilton-Randall Wedding” at the Drury Inn & Suites. The address for that is 9625 N Meridian St Indianapolis, IN 46290

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please send a text message to the bride at 765-480-8693 no later than November 15th with your special request.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered at Zola, Target, and Crate&Barrel

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to both of the venues?

Answer

Yes! If you would prefer to be shuttled over rather than drive, pick up is at the Drury Inn & Suites (9625 N Meridian St Indianapolis, IN 46290). The shuttle will take guests from the hotel to the ceremony, from the ceremony to the reception and then from the reception back to the hotel after all the wedding festivities of the evening!

Is it an open bar?

Answer

We are having a cash bar. The venue also does not accept credit/debit cards only cash so please plan ahead as the nearest ATM is a 10 minute drive from the venue.
