We have discounted room rates available at our hotel of choice for your convenience—and we’d love for you to stay there! Not only is it close to the venue, but staying together means we get to spend more time with all of you throughout the weekend. From spontaneous lobby hangouts to late-night laughs, we’re hoping the hotel becomes a little home base for everyone. For your convenience, a designated room block has been arranged for our wedding guests. To secure your accommodations, please contact our travel agent by November 1, 2026 to place your one night deposit.

Can I Book Outside Of the Room Block?

Answer

Booking through the room block ensures everyone stays together, helps us keep our guest list organized, and allows us to plan events smoothly. Rooms outside the block will not have airport transportation built into their stay and can create challenges with coordination overall. Thank you so much for helping us keep things simple and seamless!

Which rooms can we choose from for the block?

We have a variety of of room categories held within our room block inventory. Room upgrades or extended dates can be request and will be subject to availability. We suggest reaching out to our travel advisor as soon as possible to have access to the most availability.
