FAQs

Question

Are children welcome to the reception?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and fun, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible to ensure we are able to provide our vendors with correct guest numbers.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please notify us as soon as you RSVP if any food allergies exist so we can make arrangements with our caterers. While we can’t guarantee special requests, we will do everything we can to ensure you are able to eat and enjoy yourself.

Question

Is there parking for the reception?

Answer

There is parking along the road outside of the South Shore Pavilion, however space is limited. Street parking outside the park is an option, but please be mindful of street signage and be respectful of the neighborhood.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please restrict the attendees in your party to those listed on your invitation. We wish we could accommodate all our friends and family, but resources restrict this. We hope that we are able to celebrate with others at a later date!

Question

Are there any COVID restrictions?

Answer

While we are continuously monitoring for mask mandates or other public health rules in our area, we are requiring that all guests are either fully-vaccinated or can provide a negative COVID test within 72 hours of the wedding. Regardless of opinions or politics, we want to keep all of our guests, including those who are considered ‘at-risk’, safe and ensure that they are able to enjoy their time at our wedding. We will update guests if things change and mandates/restrictions are put in place in our area.
