The venue DOES allow guests to leave their cars parked overnight. There will be a dirt lot to the right of the venue beside the barn.

What about the rehearsal?

Answer

We are sending out a separate electronic invite for those we would like to attend. Please keep an eye out for a text/email regarding the event on 9/19/2025 at 5pm-8pm & will take place in McCall, Idaho. Albertsons catering will be provided & drinks for purchase. The location of the event will be on the invitation. Please wear layers, sunglasses & bring sunscreen :)

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi Formal, fall colors encouraged. Ceremony will be outside. Reception will be mostly inside & outside. Check the weather beforehand. We are in the mountains on the Payette River. Please no sweats, leggings or lounge attire. This is our wedding not a backyard BBQ :)

Are kids allowed?

Our venue is not the most kid friendly. So we have decided that this will be an adult only celebration, unless previously discussed. Don't hesitate to reach out for more information. We are glad to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

Cascade/McCall/Donnelly do have limited taxi services so please plan accordingly. These smaller towns do not have Uber or Lyft typically. The venue DOES allow guests to leave their cars parked overnight.
