When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online by December 31st. We hope we get to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 in the afternoon. Please arrive by 4pm to be seated in time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Cocktail attire: suits or jacket with a dress shirt and slacks. Knee-length or longer cocktail dresses, long skirts, or pantsuit. Color and prints are welcome. Please no jeans or shorts. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside, there will be areas of grass so choose your footwear accordingly. The venue is on the water so feel free to bring a shawl or wrap.

We have our Newlywed Fund and Amazon registry linked in the "Registry" section on our website.

Are phones allowed?

Answer

While we would love for you to take pictures and videos at the reception, we ask that you don’t have your phones out during the ceremony. We want to see your faces!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront hotel. Booking code and direct link are located on the Travel page. We will also have shuttle service to and from the venue from the hotel. All guests welcome.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary self parking available, however no overnight parking.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If there are any food allergies or dietary restrictions please let us know when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
