Here’s to forever!

Our story starts at Tarleton State University (Go Texans!) where we had 2 classes together. Luckily, we had both just changed our majors to education and got placed in the same class. Before speaking a word to eachother we both told our friends and families how we knew we were going to end up with the other. CRAZY. One day after class Shane FINALLY caught up to me and asked me out on a date in front of the math building. His story is I said yes so fast that he tried to clarify by saying "but not as just friends" So I jokingly told him "Oh well then no"... instantly regretting trying to be funny. Little did he know I had waited allllll semester for this. Despite my awkward attempt to make a joke Shane took me on our first date and a few months later asked me to be his girlfriend at a STARS game on January 13, 2018. Fast forward 2 years and Shane proposed outside of the math building (our favorite spot on Tarleton's campus) on February 9th 2020. We have now been together almost 2 1/2 years and have had nothing but fun doing life together!

Our invitations spell Gallagher incorrectly (on the invitations the “h” is missing)... obviously still working on making this my new last name ;)
