We’re happy to share that one shuttle will be running between both hotels (Comfort Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn Express) to the venue. The shuttle will make multiple trips between 3:30 pm and 4:15. Return shuttle will be between 10:00 and 10:30pm.

Wedding KickOff!

4:15 pm

Formal wear is requested for this event.

Please arrive early to meet up with other guests before the ceremony starts!

Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

During this time we ask that you reframe from taking pictures and videos. We will have a videographer as well as two photographers to capture the moment. There will time in the end where guests will be able to take out their devices to take a photo!

Cock-Tail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Please enjoy light refreshments and appetizers!

Reception

6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Buffet Style - Braised Beef Tips, Stuffed Sole with Scallops and Crab, & Cheese Tortellini Alfredo
