Question

How will the buses work?

Answer

On Friday, buses will depart from in front of both the Broadmoor and the Element hotels at 2:50 for the ceremony/reception at Spruce Mountain Ranch. The first bus will depart at 8:45 pm from Spruce Mountain Ranch back to the hotels (will stop at both the Element and Broadmoor). The final buses will depart from the venue at the end of the reception (10:30 pm) Ubers should be easy to get when you are starting from downtown/at the hotels, however they are not reliable at the venue, so plan to take the bus home. *Note that the event does not allow cars to stay overnight. You are welcome to drive to the event, but please plan ahead to make sure you can drive it home at the end of the night.

What is Colorado Chic Attire (for the welcome party)?

Answer

It is flexible! You can wear a pretty fall dress/slacks and a button down, or can lean more into the Colorado aspect with some cowboy boots or some nice jeans.

I'm flying into Denver, how can I get to Colorado Springs?

Answer

Here are a few options to get to Colorado Springs from the Denver Airport, starting with cheapest to most expensive: 1. Groome Transportation Shared Shuttles (https://groometransportation.com/colorado-springs/): Hourly, shared van shuttles from the Denver Airport to downtown Colorado Springs (10 minute walk from The Element/Springhill Suites); ~$120 roundtrip 2. Uber/Lyft: Depending on time of day/demand, may range from $80-120 each way 3. Rental Car: ~$80 per day; Almost all agencies pick you up via bus to take you to their nearby facility

Where should I park at the hotel if I am bringing my car?

Answer

For those staying at the Element or Springhill Suites, discounted parking is available underground. At check in, staff will be able to provide a sticker for parking.
