The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and seating.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is formal. September in Virginia can be warm, and weather permitting, our the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. We recommend dressing for the season. Ladies! The ceremony will be on the lawn and parts of the cocktail hour may be as well, so please keep in mind when choosing shoes :)
The Welcome Party will be at Ellie's Country Club on the Corner. It's a fun, casual evening to kick off the weekend - summer, casual evening attire is perfect.
We will not be providing transportation, but the good news is that Farmington is a short drive from downtown Charlottesville. There is ample parking available onsite, and ride share services like Uber and Lyft are also accessible in the area. If you are planning to enjoy some drinks with us, we encourage using a ride share so you can relax and enjoy the night worry-free!
