Hotel
The Delta Hotel is our preferred accommodation for guests attending our wedding. Just a short distance from our venue, it offers the perfect combination of luxury and convenience. Enjoy a beachfront stay with easy access to all our wedding festivities. Rooms are available at an exclusive rate when booked through our link. Booking through our room block also comes with a discounted parking rate of $10 per day. Please note, our room rate will not be available after January 16th. If you get the message 'Your selected hotel has no available rooms. Please try searching again with a different hotel or dates' when using our link please don’t stress! Rooms are released in gradual amounts and we can have more rooms made available. If this happens, please text Alex at (631) 935-6581, and we will get it fixed ASAP.
Shuttle
February 14, 2026 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
For your convenience, shuttle service will be provided between the Delta Hotel and The Gala 417. Shuttles will begin departing from the hotel at 3:30 PM, with service running every ~15 minutes leading up to the ceremony. We kindly encourage guests to utilize the earlier shuttles to ensure a timely arrival. Regular return shuttle service from The Gala 417 will begin at 10:00 PM and continue throughout the evening.
Flight
For our out-of-town guests, we highly recommend flying into Norfolk International Airport (ORF). Located about 10 miles away from our preferred accommodation, Norfolk International offers easy access to the heart of our celebration. Both JFK and LaGuardia airports offer daily direct flights, and other major cities also provide service to Norfolk.
