Where is the wedding?

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire—think suits, mid-to-floor-length dresses, elevated jumpsuits, or evening looks you’d wear to a formal celebration.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors on a lakeside patio (partially covered). Dinner and dancing will follow indoors in the second-floor ballroom. If it rains, all events will be moved indoors.

Are there hotel blocks nearby?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at The Ingleside Hotel (shuttle available), La Quinta, and Holiday Inn. Full details are under the ‘Travel’ tab.

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes—complimentary shuttles will run between The Ingleside Hotel and The Commodore on the wedding day. Departing from the hotel: 2:55 PM and 3:25 PM Returning to the hotel: Every 30 minutes starting at 9:30 PM, with final departure at 11:30 PM All guests are welcome to use the shuttle, even if not staying at The Ingleside. The shuttle runs only between the hotel and the venue.

Will parking be available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, ample parking is available at The Commodore. You're welcome to leave your car overnight and pick it up the next morning by 10:00 AM.

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Yes, our wedding will be adults-only. We appreciate your understanding and hope this advance notice helps with planning.

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If a plus one was included, their name will appear when you RSVP. Thanks so much for understanding!
