Why does the date say Dec 19th-20th?

Answer

We will be having two wedding ceremonies during the weekend of the 19th. The first is a traditional Christian ceremony followed by a reception dinner and party on the 19th. The second is a traditional Hindu ceremony followed by a lunch on the morning of the 20th.

Where are the two ceremonies being held?

Answer

On December 19th, the Christian ceremony will be held at Knowles Memorial Chapel in Winter Park Florida followed by a reception at the Winter Park Event Center. On December 20th, the Hindu ceremony will be held at the Grand Cypress in Orlando Florida followed by a luncheon inside a ballroom at the hotel.

Are the weddings indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The Christian ceremony on the 19th will be held indoors with an indoor reception. The Hindu ceremony on the 20th will be held outdoors with an indoor luncheon to follow.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests wear colorful cocktail attire to both ceremonies. This means short or floor length semi-formal dresses and suits with or without ties. For the Hindu ceremony feel free to wear either traditional Punjabi clothing or cocktail American attire as worn to the Christian ceremony.
