The ceremony, dinner, and reception are all within walking distance from one another; with that being said there are dirt roads and grated stairs. We recommend dressing in comfortable closed-toed shoes. Please dress in your most magical, dark, moody, and witchy attire. Bring a jacket for at night when the temperatures drop. It could rain so bring an umbrella as well.
The beginning of October in Bailey is historically a high of 60° and low of 36°. Wear sunscreen for the day and bring a jacket for when the temperature drops at night. The ceremony will be outdoors during the day and then we will move to the lodge with a fireplace at night. It might rain so bring an umbrella and please check the weather before.
There will be clearly marked parking on the venue's right side before you hit the main lodge. Please only drive up to the cabins to unload your stuff and then park your cars back in the designated lot.
If your invitation was not addressed to you and a guest, please refrain from bringing a plus one.
It's a camping wedding :) so bring a headlamp, sleeping bag or sheets, pillow, shower shoes, and any other snacks or drinks you may like outside of what we will be providing. I will provide additional details for those who rsvp for cabin lodging. Photos tab on the website has photos of the A-Frame lodging.
The venue is in the mountains so there are limited options to and from hotels outside of the property. The ceremony, dinner and reception are all located on the same property so there is no need to drive once at the venue.
Absolutely! We only ask that you DO NOT take photos during the ceremony or while our photographer is taking photos of the wedding festivities. We really want to see your faces not your devices.
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the property due to a large amount of wildlife.
