Our Story
Our story began during our 2nd year at Bentley University in Zeng's Global Studies class. On that first day, Alex noticed Taylor and decided to arrive early for the next class to sit by him. However, he couldn't find the courage to start a conversation. After Alex missed Taylor's Instagram DM, Taylor asked him out again, and we became inseparable that spring/summer.
Though we had both committed to studying abroad the next year, Taylor in Australia (fall) and Alex in Italy (spring), we navigated a year of long distance, which only deepened our bond.
After school, we moved around Boston, before finally settling in Dorchester with our beloved dog (child), Jacoby. In July 2023, Alex surprised Taylor with a wine tasting picnic at Maudslay Park, claiming it was just a casual date. Little did Taylor know, the final bottle had a custom label that read, “Taylor, Will You Marry Me?”
8+ together and we’re happily living with Jacoby and his new brother, Buster, excited for this next chapter!
