FAQs

Question

Where will everything be held?

Answer

Our venue is called Hazelwood, and the address is 195 Old Mill Rd, New Oxford, PA 17350. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held here!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we've decided to keep our wedding ceremony and reception adults-only events with the exception of our flower girls. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage all guests to wear your best semi-formal attire and please avoid jeans and sneakers. Stumped on what to wear? Check out this Canva design for some inspiration! https://www.canva.com/design/DAG6p5W2-lE/kv59XrjAF9s_ICqJE4YarA/view?utm_content=DAG6p5W2-lE&utm_campaign=designshare&utm_medium=link2&utm_source=uniquelinks&utlId=h9a836a7dcd

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than *insert date here*. This will help us finalize all the details, so please make sure to RSVP on time if you plan to attend! All RSVPs will be collected through the tab on our wedding website.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed! Please RSVP "unable to attend" to let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will the event be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

A mix of both! Our ceremony will be outdoors under a covered patio, offering protection from the sun overhead or the rain. Cocktail hour will also be held under a covered patio and spill out into the spacious lawn, weather-permitting. The reception will be held indoors in an air-conditioned event space.

Question

What time should I arrive by?

Answer

Please plan to arrive and be seated no later than 4 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm.

Question

Can I take pictures during the event?

Answer

We respectfully ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony. Once we receive the photos from our wonderful photographer, we will be happy to share them with you! During cocktail hour and the reception, however, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like to capture the fun!
