When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You should RVSP within 1-2 weeks with receiving an invitation.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm, so please plan to try to arrive around 30 minutes before. A shuttle from the Courtyard Dulles Town Center hotel will be leaving at 3:30 pm, with the venue being around 40 minutes away.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! The dress code is summer semi-formal. We kindly encourage guests to wear attire that suits the season and the occasion. Ask yourself, "Would my grandparent be ok with me wearing this to a wedding?"

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us in celebrating our day. Thank you for understanding as we work to keep our celebration intimate!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle that will leave from the Courtyard Dulles Town Center at 3:30pm to go to the venue. The last call to go BACK to the hotel will be at 10:00 pm. If you would like to leave before then, we recommend to schedule an Uber or Lyft before hand, since the location is not near a large city. You cannot leave a vehicle at the venue overnight, so please plan ahead and be safe!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be access to parking lots at the location, but overnight parking is not available. We encourage to park at the Courtyard Hotel at the Dulles Town Center and use the bus system that will be taking guests to and from the venue.
