THE HOTEL BLOCK IS NOW CLOSED This hotel is in a great location within walking distance to 4 major restaurants adjacent to BWP all located on "Hospitality Hill". Easy access to Buc-ee’s, I-35 & Loop 288 to our wedding event, Denton’s downtowns happening venues & attractions. Visit our things to do tab to see some places in the area that we love! This allows us to tell the hotel you are still a part of our group and have access to the possible group events at the hotel that we do and can make sure you get put on the shuttle list!***
Shuttle
May 16, 2025 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
We will be having a 24 person shuttle bus arrive at the hotel around 4pm to begin boarding with a departure time of 4:30pm from the hotel to the venue. There will be two "official" return times from the venue back to the hotel currently scheduled for 9pm and 11:10pm.
Travel Note
While there will be a shuttle service to and from the hotel if you would rather arrive at a different time, happen to miss the shuttle, or are not coming from the hotel there are an ample amount of Ubers and Lyfts in the Denton and North DFW area.
