WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is May 1, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as a 'no'. We need to provide all vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the invitation.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate children unless they are named on the invitation. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We encourage you to use this as a "night out" for yourself!

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP as such. If you cannot attend after you already RSVP'd yes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00pm to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat. Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. Guests arriving after 3:30pm will be asked to meet us at the cocktail hour.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

The venue has space for parking. Our venue is located on a lovely couple's land where they happen to also live. Once you pull into the driveway, follow the path to park behind the couple's home. The parking is limited so in any instance you can carpool we highly encourage! There is a home furniture store located across the street that can handle overflow parking, but they require notice from the venue, so again, please carpool if possible!

DO YOU HAVE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough for us! However, if you feel so inclined, we are registered at Macy's and Amazon. Please see the registry tab for the combined list of items!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We ask that all our guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Please refrain from any colors that are white, champagne or ivory.

DO YOU HAVE ANY HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS?

Answer

We do! We recommend the Hilton Garden Inn and the Courtyard by Marriott in Corvallis, Oregon. These two hotels will be the closest to the venue and have the most amount of food and things to do around them.
