Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The reception is indoors. The ceremony and cocktail hour will also be indoors if hot or rainy weather is present. If we have nice weather, the ceremony will be outdoors with an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. Our goal is to keep everyone comfortable.

Is there a hotel block?

Yes! Please click the "Travel" button to navigate to our travel page. From there, you can directly book a room at the Hilton Garden Inn which is in Belcamp, MD.

Can we leave our cars at the venue?

Answer

Yes, but they MUST be out by 9:00 AM the next morning.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. There is ample parking available at the venue.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated salad and dinner, and finally, an ice cream bar for dessert. We will have a full open bar.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

When you RSVP for the wedding online, you will be prompted to answer a series of questions such as, "What is your meal choice?" and "Do you have any allergies or dietary restrictions?" Your information will be shared directly with our planner and caterer.
