What is the order of events?

Answer

Once you arrive at the main venue, there will be a bus ready to take you to the Zorgvliet chapel for the ceremony. Please ensure you are seated at the chapel by 14h30 as the ceremony will start at 15h00. Once the ceremony concludes, the bus will take you back to the main venue for drinks and canapes in the Banhoek Room. After canapes, we will make our way next door to the Oak Room for the reception.

Please arrive at the venue by 14h00. There will be a bus ready at the main venue to take you to the chapel for the ceremony. The bus will take you back to the main venue for canapes once the ceremony concludes.

Yes, the dress code is formal - please dress up with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate plus-ones. Only the person(s) named on the invitation are invited. If your invitation includes a guest, it will be clearly indicated. Thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we have invited a small number of children from our family, we're unfortunately not able to extend this to all guests' kids. If your child is included, their name will appear on your invitation. Otherwise, we hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off to celebrate with us!

Yes, please see the "Travel" tab above! We recommend checking out Booking.com and Airbnb as well.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking near the main entrance to the venue. We strongly encourage you use Uber or a local taxi service if you plan on drinking. Please do not drink and drive.
