Flight
Fiumicino Airport is well known as the biggest airport - 29 km from the venue by car. Train + Taxi: take the Leonardo Express train to Roma Termini (about 32 minutes) From Termini, take FL4 regional train to Frascati (30-40 minutes) From Frascati station, take a taxi to Casa Maggiolina (10-15 minutes) A direct taxi or private transfer from Fiumicino to Casa Maggiolina takes 45-60 minutes, depending on traffic.
Flight
Ciampino Airport is much closer to Grottaferrata. 12 km only from the venue. A direct taxi from Ciampino to Casa Maggiolina takes 15-20 minutes. Some buses connect Ciampino to Frascati; from there, it's a short taxi ride.
Train
Departure from Roma Termini (or another major station on Rome) Train line FL4 towards Frascati / Albano Laziale / Velletri Get off at Frascati, the closest station to Grattaferrata. Once you arrive at Frascati you can take a bus or taxi to Grottaferrata (10-15 minutes) Walk (about 15-20 minutes). There is no train station directly in Grottaferrata, so Frascati is the standard option.
Travel Note
From Rome: Take via Tuscolana heading southeast (toward Frascati). Continue straight on Via Tuscolana for about 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic. Casa Maggiolina will be on your right shortly after entering the Grottaferrata area. From Fiumicino Airport: take the A91 highway toward Rome. Continue onto the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare), direction Napoli / A1. Exit the GRA at Exit 21 - Tuscolana / Anagnina. Follow Via Tuscolana toward Frascati / Grottaferrata. Continue straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach Casa Maggiolina. From Ciampino Airport: Exit the ariport and follow signs for Ciampino / Roma / GRA. Enter the GRA and take Exit 21 - Tuscolana / Anagnina. Follow Via Tuscolana toward Frascati / Grottaferrata. Continue on Via Tuscolana for about 10 minutes. Casa Maggiolina will be on your right.
