Please join us in the lobby of Ayres Hotel & Spa for some appetizers and drinks! Come & go as you please, as this will just be a fun & relaxing opportunity to mingle before the wedding day. We understand that many people will be flying in for our wedding, and there is no pressure to attend! When you first check in to your hotel, the front desk should give you a wristband, which let's the bartenders know that you're included in the OPEN BAR! Please ensure that you get this when you check in.
4:15 pm - 10:00 pm
3:45pm Shuttle departure to venue: All shuttles will be picking up guests from the main front entrance of the Ayres Hotel & Spa. There will be no shuttles leaving at a later time. The venue has extremely limited parking and only those who have discussed it with us beforehand will be allowed to park at the wedding venue. 10pm Shuttle departure back to hotel: Shuttles will be picking up guests at the end of the night. They will be dropping everyone off at the hotel, where the After Party will be held.
