When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Ideally as soon as possible given that this is a destination wedding. However, the last day to RSVP will be April 18th, 2025.

While we love your little ones, venue space is limited and this will be an adults only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity to relax and enjoy yourself! If you decide to bring any kids on vacation, please let us know and we would be happy to help with arranging an off-site babysitter for the duration of the event.

Is there a dress code for the White Welcome party?
Answer
Yes, please wear white, cream, or light khaki! Cocktail attire suggested. Short or long dresses for women, polos or button-downs for men. Blazer or suit optional. Belts, shoes, and accessories can be any color!

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
There are several airports you can choose to fly into. The closest airport to our venue would be the Florence Airport (FLR- Amerigo Vespucci Airport). However, Pisa, Rome and Milan are great options to fly into as well. You may choose to fly into one of these airports and spend a night or two there before taking a train to the city of Florence.

We recommend staying in the heart of the city of Florence so that you are conveniently located to the location of our White Welcome Party as well as the pick-up spot for transportation on the wedding day. Plus, it's an amazing city with lots to do!

How far is your wedding venue from the city of Florence?
Answer
Our wedding venue is less than an hour away from the city of Florence. There will be a designated pick-up spot in the city where transportation will be provided to and from the venue.

What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Formal! For men, we recommend a dark suit or even feel free to wear that tuxedo. For women, a fancy below-knee cocktail dress or floor length gown is perfect.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Most of the wedding will be outdoors, weather permitting. You can expect a high of mid-80s and a low of mid-60s, with sunshine and humidity.
