Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1st, 2024! It will greatly help us with the finishing touches of our wedding. Please note: We are having an intimate wedding ceremony and reception with limited guest seating. There is a possibility that we may only have space for the reception venue for some guests, since family is reserved for the ceremony. Please be courteous and respectful of our wishes and allegations. We love you all and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation <3

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is at 3:30pm! Please try and arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal is the attire for our special day. Please no jeans or white dresses. Please note that the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception is at a farm venue. There will be soft grass and mulch around the area. Chunky heels are recommended and an extra pair of comfortable shoes for dancing!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to be able to bring a date, we are having an intimate celebration where there is a guest limit and limited spacing at our ceremony and reception venues. If we are able to save you a +1 spot, you will see an option to write their info down when you RSVP as well as on your invitation. Please be courteous to our regulations and help us have a smooth wedding day and experience!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As we are having an intimate wedding celebration, we are unable to allow kids other than those a part of the wedding party to attend. We understand that this can make it to where some cannot accept our invitation and we completely understand! We are grateful for any support that you are able to give us... <3

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking both ceremony and reception! Parking for the ceremony will be reserved in the paved parking lot next to the Baughman Center as well as the grass lot across from the Baughman Center called "Network Services Lot". No decals will be needed for these lots during the weekend. For the reception, there will be signs and paths guiding to the parking area and to the reception area. Please note that the reception is on a farm venue. While we will take every precaution to keep all areas clean, there is still a possibility to see an occasional "cow patty". Please watch your step!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a Zola Registry and a Walmart Registry that you can visit here on our website! However, gifts are not limited to using these two registries! Amazon is perfectly fine and can use the same address on the each registry! We ask that you contribute to our honeymoon fund since we are blessed to have much of what we need already :)

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will be having a BBQ buffet for the reception dinner! If you have any food allergies that need to be addressed, please let me know by messaging me! (Alena "Allie" Phillips)
