We are asking everyone to RSVP by March 31st, 2026. Anyone who does not RSVP will be counted as a Decline after that date.
While we adore little ones, our celebration is designed as an adults-only event, with the exception of children of our close family members. Thank you for understanding.
No visa is required, but a passport is absolutely necessary. Please ensure that you have a passport and that it is up to date before your departure.
Hi everyone! Just to clarify how the resort group rate works: The promo code RP2026 is not a discount code for a cheaper room rate. The nightly rate itself is the same. The difference you’re seeing comes from how the resort is required to process group bookings. Because we have a large wedding group, the resort must apply a mandatory government group fee. Resorts typically charge 10% for this — but through our contract, it’s been reduced to 5%, which is already built into the group booking total. So when you compare it to booking “on your own,” it may appear slightly higher — but that’s because the group fee is being properly accounted for up front. The benefits of booking with the code are: • Only a 50% deposit due at booking • The remaining balance isn’t due until 30 days before arrival • You can cancel more than 30 days out and receive a refund (minus 5%) If you book without the code: • You must pay 100% in full at booking • There is no refund option So the code doesn’t discount the room — it protects your payment terms and gives flexibility. It also is for the venue to get a count of how many people will be in our party. If you don’t use it you will not be counted as apart of the party or be put in the room blocks for our event.
Belize only has one international airport, the Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport in Belize City. Connecting flights also take place in the same airport on the opposite side of the building.
Our wedding celebration will take place on Saturday, November 14th, 2026 in the late afternoon. Guests should plan to arrive on Thursday, November 12th and depart on Monday, November 16th if they want the full island experience. You are also welcome to stay the alternate dates of Friday, November 13th to Sunday November 15th. Please pick whichever dates work best for your personal schedule.
Yes. After clearing customs at Belize International Airport, guests will take a second domestic flight (approximately 15 minutes) to the island. Luggage will travel in the cargo hold, so please keep any essential items with you.
You can book your second flight from Belize City to Caye Caulker (BZE > CUK) with local airlines: Tropic Air and Maya Island Air. It is advised that your international flight to Belize be earlier rather than later, because the last flights for these airlines are 5:40PM and 4:40PM. If you miss these flights you will be stuck in the city until the next morning to get another flight to the island. Please give yourselves enough time from when you land to make it through the luggage pickup and customs lines. They will leave without you after they call your name for the last call if you are not there in time.
There will be taxi services arranged to pick you and your luggage up via golf carts to take you to the resort ferry. You need to contact the resort with your reservation number, flight info, and a copy of your passport to request a pickup. Please reach out to them on WhatsApp at: +501 609-2733. Or via email at: reservations@bluzenbelize.com
The resort offers a complimentary ferry service for shopping, dining, or excursions. It’s simple and convenient, and the staff are happy to assist. There are also alternate ferries that go to and from each side throughout the day.
Although our celebration takes place by the ocean, this is a semi-formal event. We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire and refrain from white or cream colors. Please no jeans, shorts, or casual beachwear. This will be an outdoor event.

Yes! Guests may arrange flights and accommodations independently if preferred, though we recommend booking early for the best availability.
Everyone drives golf carts on the island. There are golf cart rental businesses that are available if you would like to rent your own. We can arrange that for you if you are interested. Just let us know at least a month in advance in order to secure everyone with a cart. Common 4-seater carts are $87.50 US per 24hrs.
To easily get around the island, without hassle, I would suggest that option. But if you don’t want to do that, there are taxi golf carts that are around the island that you can use. They mainly stay at the water taxi docks, and the airport, but I’m sure you can try to find some around. It will not be as easy if you are not in those two main places, but it’s not impossible.
Belize has zero chain restaurants or American establishments. Everything will be local. If you have any allergies or special dietary needs please let them know when you order your meal.
To help with budgeting, here are approximate prices for meals on the island (USD): • Breakfast: $5–$15 per person • Lunch: $10–$25 per person • Dinner: $15–$40 per person • Drinks / Cocktails: $5–$12 This all depends on your preference and how fancy you would like to be.
The Belize Dollar (BZD) is the official currency, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. ATMs are available on the main island and at the airport. The Belize Dollar (BZD) is pegged to the US Dollar (USD) at a fixed rate of $2 BZD = $1 USD. USD is widely accepted across Belize, typically with change returned in BZD. The 2-to-1 Rule: Always divide by 2 for USD, or multiply USD by 2 for BZD. Acceptance: U.S. cash is widely accepted for goods and services. Currency Exchange: While you can use USD, smaller, local businesses may prefer BZ$ or struggle to make change for large USD bills ($50 or $100).
Light, breathable clothing for warm weather, swimwear, sunscreen, insect repellent, and comfortable shoes for exploring. Evening attire for the wedding ceremony and reception is recommended.
November in Caye Caulker marks the transition from the rainy season to the dry season, offering warm, pleasant weather with temperatures ranging from 75 to 88 degrees Fahrenheit.
Most resorts offer Wi-Fi in public areas and suites, though speeds may vary. Cell coverage is available in some areas depending on your provider.
Yes! Guests can enjoy snorkeling, diving, fishing, and local tours. We will provide a list of activities for those who are interested.
While some bigger stores may accept card, a lot of Belize runs on cash only transactions. It would be a good idea to bring pocket money in the form of cash with you during your travels. There are also ATM’s on the island for your convenience. Do not expect to only use cards.
Tipping is appreciated in Belize for hotel staff, guides, and drivers. A common guideline is 10–15% for service.
Guests will be shuttled from the resort to the island airport for a short domestic flight back to Belize International Airport, then check in for their international flight home. The process mirrors arrival — smooth and straightforward.
Yes! Guests are welcome to extend their stay. Check with the resort for rates and availability for additional nights. There are also other hotels on the island to explore if needed.
