Wedding Party

Melissa Borea

Matron of Honor

Since 2nd grade Melissa and Rebecca have been friends. From playing softball in middle school, to going through all life experiences that comes along with high school. To being miles apart in college and scheduling weekly phone calls during class breaks, from crying on Skype calls when Melissa studied abroad in Italy. From moving into their first apartment together, to Rebecca moving across the country. Their friendship has stood up to more than the test of time.

Karen Rosenfeld

Maid of Honor

Oh, Karen! If you know Rebecca, you know she certainly suffers from RBF. It was clear when Rebecca couldn't find her school bus sophomore year that Karen came to the (first of what would be many) rescue. She tapped Rebecca on the shoulder, unfazed by Rebecca's less than excited expression; saying she knew where her bus was, they were in the same math class and took the same bus. Skeptically, Rebecca followed her and the rest is history. These two have braved many storms by each other's side and have even travelled to the opposite side of the globe with one another.

Michael Stellato

Best Man

Picture yourself sitting in a college classroom when you're supposed to be a senior in high school, twirling a pen around your thumb because you're nervous and don't know anyone. Right then, you get a tap on your left shoulder, you turn around to see a kid who is full of energy and excitement to learn how to twirl a pen the way you are because he's been trying to learn for years. All your fear, nervousness, and loneliness go away at that moment. 14 years later, after everything they've gone through, every time they are together the feeling of this moment is relived. Mikey is the true definition of a best man.

Anastasia Goldsmith

Groomswoman

In life, you would always hope to have someone by your side who is loyal, determined, and honest. Someone who gives you unwavering support and love. The groom just so happens to be lucky enough to call that person, his sister. Nastia is the epitome of what any big brother would wish a younger sister to be.

Taylor Hansell

Bridesmaid

Have you ever applied for a job just to become friends with someone, or hired someone because you wanted to get to know them? This is exactly what happened when Rebecca and Taylor met. Working together, to moving to Wallingford and living together, through all the ups, downs and curveballs; Taylor never falls short and can always be called on to show up and stand by you. Everyone needs that one blunt, tell it how it is, pitbull type friend and this girl deserves the gold medal.

Dawn Izzo

“Something Blue”

More than an honorary guest. The bride could not imagine this day without Dawn. For over a decade, all news, good or bad - Rebecca calls Dawn FIRST. Exciting news? Call Dawn. Need advice? Call Dawn. Crash your car? Call Dawn. Stressed, happy, mad, sad, need to rant? Dawn. Words can’t express how grateful Rebecca is to have such a wonderful person in her life, someone who is never afraid to say exactly how it is and give you the tough love you need; whether you want to admit it or not. Rebecca needed; something old, something new. Something borrowed and something YOU!

Johnathan Matos

Groomsman

As a manager, it's not uncommon to be at odds with your employees or co-workers. Thankfully, when Aleksey moved to a new location and met Matos a bond and friendship was quickly built that has without a doubt stood the test of time. Being one of the most loyal and honest human beings, Matos has been an inspiration to Aleksey. Consistently (in his own Matos way) pushing him to always do better.
