Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on each invitation. Thank you for your understanding. We look forward to celebrating together!

Is it an indoor or an outdoor event?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. Dinner and the reception will be inside the barn, with the inclusion of a fire pit, yard games, fishing at the pond, and the rest of our beautiful venue's property for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Since our ceremony and portions of the evening will take place outdoors, we kindly recommend wearing flats, wedges, block heels, or dress shoes instead of stilettos/high heels for comfort on the grass and outdoor walkways. We also recommend bringing a light layer for the evening.

What is the general schedule for the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, followed by a cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception. During the reception, we will have speeches, a cake cutting, and dancing. Music will end at 11:30 PM, with a send-off to close the night.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved inside the barn.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in before the ceremony starts. There will be attendants to assist with parking.
