It was Memorial Day weekend. Aleks was working at the hospital and after a long day of work, her friends invited her to come meet them out at the one and only Rumbleseat. Aleks was hesitant because it was a long day and she had to work the next day, however she showed up. Michael was out with his guy friends. Aleks had spotted him from across the bar and told one of her friends to ask him for his name. They didn’t speak that night but found each other on Facebook. Michael sent Aleks a message and their first date was just a few days later. & the rest is history.
