Travel Note
We have arranged to have a few rooms blocked off for our guests at our selected hotel (details are below). We will NOT have a shuttle service booked so please plan travel to and from the venue accordingly. If you choose to drive to the venue and return home at the end of the evening, there is enough parking on the premises for all guests.
Hotel
This hotel is about 35 minutes away from our venue. We have blocked off a select few rooms for those who choose to lodge here. Spaces are limited, please be mindful of this and reserve a room as soon as possible. Transportation will be set up to and from the venue at specific times from this hotel. If you are unable to book a room through the room block, you may still be able to book a room at the same hotel. If that is also unavailable there is a hotel next door that may have rooms - The Homewood Suites by Hilton
