Where do we stay?
Answer
We have room blocks available at the venue and a nearby Holiday Inn Express 1/4 mile away. Please refer to the "Hotels" section of this website for booking information and discounted rates. We encourage our guests to book accommodations as early as possible. The Omni Rancho Las Palmas will be hosting multiple events the weekend of our wedding, including another large celebration the day before. To ensure you’re close to all the wedding festivities and have the best room options, we recommend reserving your stay sooner rather than later if staying at the Omni.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
We are getting married at the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa (41000 Bob Hope Dr, Rancho Mirage, CA 92270). Our reception will also be held at the Omni. Everything will take place outside.

Think light fabrics, fun colors, and your best party vibes 💃🕺. Our celebration takes place outdoors on the beautiful Las Palmas Lawn and Fifth Fairway at Omni Rancho Mirage, so we recommend elegant garden attire or resort chic—comfortable yet polished looks that work well for walking on grass and soaking up the sunshine. Ladies, flats or wedges are a great choice to keep things easy on the lawn. Gentlemen, lightweight suits or dressy separates will keep you cool and sharp. ✨The bridal party will be in formal attire, so feel free to elevate your look if you're feeling fancy! Bring the style, not the stress! 🌵🌴

Here are some travel details to help you plan your trip: ✈️Closest Airport: Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) ✈️Distance to Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa: Approximately 8 miles (13 km) ✈️Estimated Drive Time: ~15 minutes 🛩️ Other Nearby Airports: 🛩️Ontario International Airport (ONT) – ~72 miles (116 km), ~1.5 hours drive 🛩️San Diego International Airport (SAN) – ~83 miles (134 km), ~2 hours drive 🛩️John Wayne Airport (SNA) – ~84 miles (135 km), ~2 hours drive 🛩️Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) – ~120 miles (193 km), ~2.5 hours drive 🚖 Getting to the Resort: Uber and Lyft operate from Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) and throughout the Rancho Mirage area. Are children invited to the wedding?

We absolutely adore your little ones—but this celebration is adults-only! 🥂✨ We’ve lined up some helpful options: The resort offers on-site childcare on Friday and Saturday from 5–9 PM for potty-trained kids ages 4–12 ($90 per child). When will the evening conclude?

Our official celebration wraps up by 10 PM in observance of Palm Springs’ noise ordinance. But don’t hang up your party hat just yet! The party lives on with a Casino Royale–themed after-party where you can keep the fun rolling late into the night. 🎲🃏🎉 Get ready to roll the dice and celebrate in style! After party will also take place at the Omni.
