Question
Do I Need to Send Back the RSVP Postcard?
Answer
Yes please! This helps determine our final headcount so that we can finalize with our vendors. Each RSVP is perforated, pre-addressed and includes a stamp, so please just fill out your names (specific if not all the members in your family are attending or if you have multiple groups of families with the same last name), check if you are coming, and indicate the number attending. We have included the number of seats we have saved for you on the RSVP card. If not all your family will be attending or you just want a night on the town without the kiddos (and they have been included in the seat count), please indicate this under names AND number attending.

Help! I can't find the venue!
Answer
Located on the second story overlooking the popular State St, the entrance is located between Seed and Principle Body Care. There will be security at the door, overlooking the stairs going up to the second floor. If anyone requires assistance climbing stairs, there is a lift available!

Are the Ceremony and Reception Located at the Same Venue?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and reception are located at the same venue. We will hold our wedding ceremony in the historic Columbia Room. Once the ceremony is done, our guests will be escorted through the lounge into the Ball Room, where drinks and appetizers can be enjoyed while the Bride and Groom pose for photos.

Where Can I Park?
Answer
Our historic venue is located in the hub of beautiful downtown Redlands. While there are some parking spots available right in front of the venue, the chances that they will be available are slim. Therefore, at the top of this page, there is a picture of the venue parking map. Areas marked with "P" have free parking and require a short walk to the venue. These areas include surrounding the Redlands Mall, the parking structure off Citrus Ave and a parking lot off of Redlands Blvd & 6th St.

How Long Will the Event Last?

Our ceremony begins at 5 PM. Once the formalities are complete, we will eat, drink and dance the night away until 10 PM.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
No specific dress code! Come as you are in whatever you are comfortable in!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We realize that this question may come up since August is known to be hot. Thankfully, the entire venue is indoor only equipped with air conditioning to keep everyone nice and cool.

Is There a Hotel Block Reserved for Your Guests?
Answer
There is no hotel block reserved. However, located under the "Travel" tab, there is a list of hotels that are located near our beautiful venue. Please feel free to choose any hotel that will best accommodate you and your loved ones. For hotels in Banning and Beaumont, although they are a bit further from the venue, these locations are near Alek and Tina's home in Cherry Valley.

Will there be an Open Bar?
Answer
We will have an open bar for the first two hours; after two hours, we will have a cash bar. We will have the following available: beer, wine, basic liquors and soda.
