Great place to stop on your way to Hood River if you want to quickly see the falls or spend some time and hike to the top. It's a 2.5 mile hike round trip.

This is a 35 mile drive with 27 different farm stands, wineries, cideries, flower fields and u-pick farms. Make sure to check the website to see what is open for the season.
White Salmon Baking Co.
Delicious baked goods, breakfast items, and coffee. Across the bridge from downtown Hood River. There is a $2 toll to cross and get back but it's well worth it!

Really great food and drinks. Great for breakfast and dinner. Delicious cocktails, lengthy wine list and fresh seafood.

Check this place out for yummy cocktails featuring local distilleries. They are next door to the pizza place and very close to Ferment Brewery. All three are walking distance from the best western.

Cute coffee shop that is walking distance to downtown Hood River. They also serve great food and cocktails!
Harvest Craft Show
If you fancy roaming around and finding some fall themed crafts. The town is having a harvest craft show the 21st and 22nd.
