What's the status of your wedding given the recent outbreak of COVID-19?

Answer

We wanted to inform our guests that we are keeping a careful eye on the status of the coronavirus. At this time, are planning on moving forward with the ceremony and reception. The reception will now be held in a mix of locations both inside and outside and at this time masks will be required per the PA state Department of Health Guidance. Currently, there are no domestic travel restrictions for the state of Pennsylvania regarding COVID-19 testing, or quarantining. We ask that you stay home if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms regardless of your vaccine status. We are optimistic that many of our guests will receive the COVID vaccine by the end of July :) Please provide the best email address to contact you at when RSVPing should anything change.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are asking that you RSVP no later than June 11th, 2021.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate your allergy/restrictions when RSVPing (there is a section for it!). We will pass this information along to our caterer!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running to and from the reception from the Hampton Inn and Suites in Media, Pennsylvania.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes both the ceremony and reception have plenty of parking!
