Cheers! Were Getting Married!

A guy who grew up in Bogota, Colombia and a girl who grew up in Jacksonville, FL worlds collided when they met at Z bar in downtown Fort Lauderdale. I was out for a girls' night and we were drawn to this little bar with Latin music and cheap drinks. Little did I know walking in there my life was about to change. I noticed this tall, dark and very handsome man from across the bar and he was noticing me too. We talked for a while and exchanged numbers. A few days later he asked me on a date to go bowling. He sent me the address but I went to the wrong location. Ah! Once I made it to the right place we had a great time bowling and talking! Before you ask, of course I won bowling! After that we started dating and really enjoying our blossoming relationship. It was very clear early on we found something very special. We enjoyed lots of trips, movie nights, drinks with friends, pickleball games (not too many for me), dancing to Colombian music, and endless laughs. In June we took a trip to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania to visit my cousin Sam. A trip that almost didn't happen thanks to a storm but we made it. We had a great time and on our last night on the mountain overlooking the city Alejandro got on one knee and popped the question! Easiest yes of my life! Now we can't wait to officially tie the knot and celebrate with you!
