What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

There will be a gap from approximately 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM between the end of the ceremony and the opening of the reception doors at Little Hills. We highly recommend checking out our Things To Do page right here on the website for a curated list of our favorite local spots, cafes, and things to do in the area while you wait!

Due to venue capacity limits, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Our invitations are addressed to the specific individuals named on the envelope.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

For the ceremony, we recommend arriving at the church 15 to 30 minutes early (around 12:30 PM–12:45 PM) to find a seat and settle in before we begin. For the reception, doors will open exactly at 5:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! The dress code for our wedding is Cocktail Attire. Our ceremony will take place indoors, while the reception will be held outdoors. Late September weather in San Ramon is usually beautiful, but it can get chilly after the sun goes down, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for the outdoor reception!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Little Hills has ample parking available on-site, and a parking attendant will be there to guide you when you arrive. However, if you plan on celebrating with us at the bar, we highly recommend using ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft!
